Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms explain what Wonu does, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We kept them as plain as we could. If anything is unclear, mail amir@zal-group.nl.
1. Who we are
Wonu is a service of Zal Digital, trading as Zal Group, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95920064, at [address], the Netherlands. In these terms “Wonu”, “we” and “us” mean Zal Digital; “you” means the person using Wonu.
2. Words we use
- Service: the Wonu app, the web app at app.wonu.app and this website.
- Agency: a rental agency, landlord or housing provider that publishes homes on its own website.
- Listing: a home for rent that an agency has published publicly.
- Match: a listing that fits the search you set up.
- Lead: a match that Wonu can’t help you contact directly, for example because it is only on a paid site or the agency asks for a visit in person. We show you the link and the steps.
- Subscription: paid access to Wonu for a period, after the free trial.
3. What Wonu does, and what it doesn’t
Wonu searches the public websites of rental agencies for homes that fit what you describe. We use AI to read each listing, to turn your own words into search filters, to tell you why a home fits and to draft your inquiry.
Wonu is not a rental agency. We don’t rent out homes, we don’t act for landlords and we are never a party to a rental agreement. We don’t charge commission to you or to any agency. Whether you get a viewing or a home is decided by the agency, not by us.
Listings belong to the agencies that publish them. We show a short summary and a few photos and always link to the agency’s own page. Agencies can change or remove a home at any time, and their information can be wrong or out of date. AI summaries and facts can also be wrong. Always check the agency’s page before you decide anything.
4. Your account
You need an account to use Wonu, and you sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old. Your account is personal: don’t share it, and keep your Google account secure. Give correct information about yourself; agencies rely on it when you contact them.
5. Inquiries and forms: you press send
Wonu never contacts an agency on its own. When you ask for it, Wonu prepares an inquiry in one of two ways:
- By email: Wonu writes a draft that opens in your own mail app. You can change it, and it is sent from your address only when you send it.
- Through the agency’s form: Wonu opens the agency’s own form inside the app and fills in what it can from your profile. You check it, tick any consent boxes and upload files yourself, and tap submit.
Because you send it, you are responsible for what goes to the agency, including that it is true. The agency’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what you send them.
6. Free trial
New users can try Wonu free for 7 days, once per person. No payment details are needed for the trial, and it ends on its own: nothing is charged when it runs out.
7. Subscription and payment
After the trial you can buy a subscription. The price is [price to be decided] per month, including VAT, and is always shown before you pay. You pay through the App Store or Google Play when you buy in the app, or through our payment provider Stripe on the web. The store or Stripe handles the payment; we never see your full card details.
A subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time: in your store account for app purchases, or in your Wonu profile for web purchases. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change the price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from a purchase of a digital service within 14 days. When you buy a subscription and start using it right away, you ask us to start the service during that period. If you then withdraw, you may pay for the part you used. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, refunds go through the store under its rules. To withdraw from a web purchase, mail amir@zal-group.nl.
9. Fair use
Use Wonu for your own search for a home to live in. You may not:
- use Wonu for a business, resell it or share access with others;
- copy, scrape or bulk-download listings or other content from Wonu;
- send agencies messages that are false, abusive or meant as spam;
- try to get around limits, such as the number of searches per account, or interfere with how Wonu works.
If you break these rules we may warn you, limit your account or close it. If we close it for a serious breach, we don’t refund the remaining period.
10. What we promise, and what we can’t
We work hard to keep Wonu running and to find homes quickly, but we can’t promise that Wonu finds every home, that it is always available, or that you will find a home. Agency websites change, and some may stop working with Wonu at any time. We may change, add or remove features; if a change takes away something important you paid for, you can cancel and get back what you paid for the rest of that period.
11. Liability
We are not liable for decisions made by agencies or landlords, for homes you missed, or for errors in information that agencies publish. If we are liable for damage you suffer, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage happened. These limits don’t apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and they never take away rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by mailing us. This ends your subscription at the end of the paid period and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Our content
The Wonu name, logo, app and website, and the texts we write, belong to us. Listings, photos and texts from agencies belong to them. You may use Wonu only as these terms allow.
14. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Wonu changes or the law requires it. For important changes we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows the latest version.
16. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you have a complaint, mail us first; we answer within 14 days. If we can’t solve it together, the competent court in the Netherlands decides, unless consumer law lets you go to the court where you live.
