How do I find a rental home in the Netherlands?

What is a “lead”?
A home that fits but that Wonu can’t write to for you, for example because it’s only on a paid site or the agency wants a visit. We show it with clear steps so you don’t miss it.
Can I search for a room, social housing or with a pet?
Pets, yes: we read each listing for it. Rooms and student housing are coming. Social housing goes through your municipality’s waiting list, which Wonu doesn’t cover.
What happens to my documents and data?
They’re stored in the EU and only shared with an agency when you choose to send them. You can download or delete everything from your profile.
What if I find a home?
Congratulations. Tap “I found a home” and Wonu stops your searches and your Plus in one go. There’s nothing to pay the agency on our behalf. If Wonu helped, you can say thanks with a small one-off payment, but you never have to.
